Returning Defected Idotshirt

Defected IDOTSHIRT can only be returned to us within 7-DAYS after receiving it and not after. This is why it is important for customers to double check their designs before making the payment on our website.

Please take note that only these issues listed below are entitled for an exchange for a new IDOTSHIRT:

  • Defect on the IDOTSHIRT.
  • Wrong Name/Number/Pattern/Size/Sleeve/T-shirt Colour from OUR side.

Issues that are listed below on the other hand, cannot be returned to us for a new IDOTSHIRT:

  • Defected IDOTSHIRT that has been washed.
  • Defected IDOTSHIRT that hasn’t been returned to us within 7-DAYS after receiving it.
  • Wrong Name/Number/Pattern/Size/Sleeve/T-shirt Colour due to errors* made before confirming your payment.

(*Typing errors on the name and number, accidentally clicking on a wrong size etc. while ordering)

Most of the time, we do not accept monetary refunds unless IDOTSHIRT is in shortage of materials and cannot proceed with your order(s).

How To Return Your Defected Idotshirt

Once you have received your IDOTSHIRT and realized that there is a defect, please send it back to us immediately as we will only reprint a new IDOTSHIRT if you send it back to us within 7-DAYS after receiving the parcel. Don’t worry, we will bear the postage fees! Here are the steps you will need to take to return the defected IDOTSHIRT to us:

1a) Return your defected IDOTSHIRT to the Idotshirt Kiosk at SS15 Subang Jaya.


1b) Bring your defected IDOTSHIRT to the nearest post office and fill in this address in the consignment note:

A-11, Jalan SS15/4D, SS15, Subang Jaya, 47500 Selangor, Malaysia

2) Take a CLEAR photo of the receipt received from the post office and email it to [email protected] together with your Order ID, Defect Details, and Bank Account Number (preferably Maybank). The postage fees will be banked in to you on the Friday of that particular week.

3) We will take at least 5-7 working days to process, print, and resend your new IDOTSHIRT to you. In the mean time, please do patiently wait for your brand new IDOTSHIRT to arrive!
